The Sound Experience offers a deeply restorative opportunity to unwind and release stress in a peaceful setting, either at the farmhouse at Bloom or in the comfort of your chosen location. This 60–90 minute session immerses participants in therapeutic sound frequencies designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and support overall well-being.
Guided by Tanya, the experience gently leads you into a state of deep relaxation through the use of resonant sound. The rich tones of the gong and other therapeutic instruments create an enveloping soundscape that has been honored for centuries for its calming and restorative effects. Each session is designed to support balance, presence, and a sense of connection.

The Wilderness Experience
The Wilderness Experience is a guided journey designed to help you reconnect with your natural, intuitive self in a meaningful and accessible way. During this 60–90 minute experience, participants are supported in releasing stress and anxiety, restoring vitality, and reconnecting with the calming rhythms of the natural world. The session weaves together gentle walking, breathwork, mindful movement, and awareness practices to cultivate presence, curiosity, and a sense of exploration.
Tanya guides the group throughout the experience, encouraging conscious movement and deep, nourishing breath to deepen awareness and strengthen the connection to nature.
