Bikram yoga

Bikram Yoga is a heated, structured yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Practicing in a hot room supports deep stretching, circulation, and detoxification while helping calm the nervous system. The heat and intentional movement also stimulate the lymphatic system, supporting metabolic function and helping the body naturally balance hormones. Tanya’s weekly classes or private classes are welcoming to all levels and encourage students to move at their own pace, leaving feeling balanced, energized, and refreshed.
